If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call us within 15 days of order receipt to obtain a return materials authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.  All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, show no signs of damage or wear, and must be returned via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.  Upon item receipt and inspection, a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  RMA’s issued after 15 days of order receipt will be issued a store credit.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.  All sales are final and merchandise is sold as is without any express or implied warranty.
